The plan is to have our online business back up and running early 2010. That depends, of course, on getting all the work done and passing all kinds of state inspections. Mind you, this isn’t a retail operation. Not yet. Baby steps. But you’ll be happy to know that the online offerings will expand beyond French almond macarons. To what, you ask? Well, you’ll just have to wait to find out! But I’ll leave you with one word, Parisians. OK, a few more words: Starry Starry Nights, Guimauve, Fleur de Sel Caramel…
