"Sure do.  What kind are you thinking of?"

"What kind do you make?"

"Just about everything.  Banana, coconut, chocolate..."

"But are they cream pies?  You didn't say they were cream pies."

"Just listing the kinds.  Banana, coconut, chocolate..."

"CREAM!  You didn't say cream pie!  SAY CREAM PIE!"

"Ohhh kay.  Banana cream pie, coconut cream pie, chocolate cream pie, devil's cream pie, strawberry cream pie.  Would you like to order any of them?  Sir?"

Silence.  A little heavy breathing.
